AmnioVive Plus is a next-generation wound healing microgel powder derived from decellularized human amniotic membrane, enhanced with silver (Ag) nanotechnology to provide broad-spectrum antimicrobial protection.
It is specifically engineered to accelerate tissue regeneration, manage wound exudate, and prevent infection in chronic, deep, and diabetic wounds. Upon contact with wound exudate or saline, it forms an in situ hydrogel that supports cellular migration and acts as a barrier against microbial contamination.

- Microgels rapidly hydrate and expand into a soft hydrogel matrix that adapts to complex wound geometries.
- Silver nanoparticles disrupt bacterial cell walls and membranes and interfere with microbial enzyme systems and DNA replication.
- Leads to rapid bacterial inactivation and reduced infection risk.
- The amniotic matrix supports cellular migration, accelerates epidermal remodeling, and enhances overall healing outcomes.
- High exudate: cleanse the wound, apply dry microgel powder in a thin even layer, cover with a secondary dressing, change as recommended.
- Low/no exudate (direct): clean wound, moisten with sterile saline, apply microgel powder, cover with secondary dressing.
- Low/no exudate (gel form): mix microgel powder with sterile saline to form a soft hydrogel, apply to wound, cover with secondary dressing.
