AmnioVive is a next-generation wound healing microgel powder derived from decellularized human amniotic membrane, engineered to accelerate tissue regeneration, manage wound exudate, and restore epidermal integrity — particularly in chronic, deep, and diabetic wounds.
Upon contact with wound exudate or saline, AmnioVive forms an in situ hydrogel, creating a moist, protective microenvironment that promotes cellular migration, supports tissue remodeling, and protects the wound from external contamination.

- Microgels rapidly hydrate and swell up to 1000% within one hour, forming a soft hydrogel matrix.
- Conforms to complex wound geometries and absorbs excess exudate.
- Water retention: 25% retained on Day 2 vs 0.03% for natural amnion under the same conditions.
- Supports cellular migration, accelerates epidermal remodeling, and enhances wound healing outcomes.
- High exudate: cleanse the wound, apply dry microgel powder in a thin even layer, cover with a secondary dressing, change as recommended.
- Low/no exudate (direct): clean wound, moisten with sterile saline, apply microgel powder, cover with secondary dressing.
- Low/no exudate (gel form): mix microgel powder with sterile saline to form a soft hydrogel, apply to wound, cover with secondary dressing.
